•dominion: human control over the planet - the rights to use resources since they are created in God’s image
•global interdependence: other countries depending on each other for trade, aid etc.
•LEDC: less economically developed countries
•long-term aid: the preparation or prevention of fitter disasters e.g education and training
•MEDC: more economically developed countries
•short-term aid: an immediate response to solve an issue
•stewardship: the belief that humans and the Earth are created by the same God - they neither control or own but have the same responsibility to look after it
•sustainable development: meeting the needs of the present without compromising the needs of future generations
•tithing: giving back during harvest i.e a gratitude offering of a percentage of your income
